In addition ARV DEVELOPMENT ADVISORS & VOLK INC., an experienced general & specialty construction build to suit builder and design specialist, is on our team and is available to manage and perform the work as the General Contractor or advisor to the general contractor. We understand the business and understand what it takes to make money in this business. We have “been there done that” in real estate and related businesses.
When it comes to the design and construction of build-to-suit, we approach your project from the perspective of an owner rather than just that of general contractor. This is an important distinction because it means we understand the entire development process "arc" and the strategic decisions you must make every stage of the way--land acquisition, design, financing, specifications and construction.
