The right properties: using conservative T OE & I factor criteria; we select trophy commercial properties in prime sites, in secure economies, with long leases and blue-chip tenants.  This has been the cornerstone of all of our Build To Suit programs.  We will arrange structured finance to maximize after-tax returns, through mortgage lending, securitization, mezzanine finance and portfolio loans.
