ARV DEVELOPMENT ADVISORS understand that what is key to our investment strategy is a high rate of return: long-term secure investments at an IRR of 12-15%, or shorter-term active management investments at 15-30%. The right properties: using conservative T OE & I factor criteria; we select trophy commercial properties in prime sites, in secure economies, with long leases and blue-chip tenants. This has been the cornerstone of all of our Build To Suit programs. We will arrange structured finance to maximize after-tax returns, through mortgage lending, securitization, mezzanine finance and portfolio loans.
