ARV MEDICAL VENTURES

           ARV-Medical Ventures was created to produce turnkey Medical build-to-suit buildings giving investors and tenants a simple, efficient way to establish a number of medical practices in a clinical environment close to primary hospitals.

·      A long-term venture was formed between Alex Rogo Ventures LLC, a regional venture catalyst company and parent to ARV Development with Volk, Inc, a national builder of innovative and specialized medical & commercial buildings. 

Both of these organizations SERVE as general partners in ARV-Medical Ventures with investors from around the country. Nine medical facilities have been completed in the Northwest Indiana area under the construction management of Volk Inc.  The program management office is conducted by ARV DEVELOPMENT Advisors.

Volk Inc. has been building high quality, on budget commercial buildings in the Midwest area for 20 years, with a strong emphasis in the medical build to suit as well as other commercial industries like restaurants and banks.

Alex Rogo Ventures, LLC is a privately held partnership dedicated to the revitalization of under-performing enterprises, start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and economic development - be they in the areas of industry, banking, real estate or community development.
